Master's degree is preferred. * A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Programmer, Data Analyst, or similar developing new code, including merges/joins and macros. * Experience using SAS required. Experience using Python and R strongly preferred. * Expertise cleaning, analyzing, statistical modeling, and reporting using large Medicare, Medicaid, MEPS, or other commercial claims or survey data. * Knowledge of data analysis and data management techniques. * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. * Knowledge and experience with advanced analytic techniques., * Skilled in data management, data processing, and quantitative analytics. * Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. Includes the ability to produce consistent, high-quality deliverables while meeting tight deadlines. * Ability to exercise strong attention to detail, engage in problem solving, and take initiative. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in a virtual work environment is a must. Includes the ability to communicate technical material succinctly and accurately, both orally and in writing. * Excellent people skills with a customer service-oriented approach, and a focus on building relationships with the client and project team. Involves using collaborative and consultative approaches to resolve issues. * Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment. Includes the ability to be flexible to meet evolving project priorities. Disclosures: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
