The Chief Data Office strengthens the enterprise data foundation, reduces data and privacy risk, and accelerates data availability for analytics and business outcomes. The Data Governance team builds a scalable governance framework that improves data quality, protection, and regulatory readiness. In this role, you will shape how governance is delivered by modernizing workflows and driving adoption through senior stakeholder partnership. As an Executive Director, Head of Firmwide Data Governance Engagement & Transformation in the Data Governance team, you will lead enterprise transformation initiatives that modernize how data governance is executed and adopted. You will serve as the primary engagement and communications leader to senior data leaders across lines of business and corporate functions. You will partner with legal, compliance, risk and controls, operations, product, and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements across data risk topics. You will help establish operating routines and enablement needed to scale new governance activities across globally distributed teams. This is a transformation and change-delivery role focused on improving operating models, tooling, and user experience-distinct from day-to-day governance execution ownership.
