This role will standardize how testing is requested, approved, scheduled, and measured across organizations, while building the operational capability (processes, tooling, and team) to improve reliability, increase capacity visibility, and reduce the total cost of testing. You will partner closely with engineering, SRE/operations, capacity planning, finance/FinOps, security/compliance, and program management to ensure test environments are used efficiently and safely, with clear accountability and transparent reporting.
