This role offers the opportunity to work on real avionics programs and gain hands-on experience across the systems lifecycle-from requirements and architecture through integration, verification, and delivery. As part of the team, you will work alongside experienced engineers to help define high-level system behavior, decompose requirements, support avionics architecture development, and contribute to system verification activities. This is a strong fit for those who enjoy solving technical problems, learning complex systems, and collaborating across software, systems, and test disciplines. What You Will Do * Collaborate with a cross-functional team of systems, software, integration, and test engineers to develop and deliver avionics system solutions. * Support development, analysis, and refinement of system requirements and interfaces. * Contribute to verification planning and test development to ensure implementations satisfy system requirements. * Participate in technical reviews of requirements, design artifacts, and test procedures, while incorporating feedback into your own work. * Assist with system integration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in lab and development environments. * Communicate technical status, issues, and proposed solutions clearly to team members and mentors.
