## Description

Welcome to Love's! Our customer service team is looking for a Contact Center Solutions Developer responsible for creating and maintaining custom tools and applications that enhance contact center workflows and user experience. This role emphasizes execution, continuous learning, and collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
Job Functions:

 * Develop internal tools, automations, and web-based applications
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
 * Build, test, deploy, and support well-defined tools, enhancements, automations, and components with guidance from senior technical contributors
 * Maintain documentation for systems and processes
 * Troubleshoot issues and support enhancements
 * Assist with API integrations and data workflows
