This roleisresponsible fordelivering secure, reliable, and standardized endpoint services while developing the technical capabilities of the team and driving continuous improvement. How You'll Spend Your Time: Essential Functions * Leading the daily operations of the Endpoint Management team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and SLA attainment. * Overseeing the full endpoint lifecycle including procurement, deployment, Autopilot provisioning, software delivery, patching, security,refresh, and retirement. * Owning endpoint standards for Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, mobile devices, and endpoint security. * Serving as the senior technical escalation point for endpoint technologies and complex incidents. * Driving automation through PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and modern management technologies. * Partnering with Infrastructure, Security, Identity, Networking, Service Desk, and Facilities on enterprise initiatives. * LeadingEPtechnology refreshes, M&AEPintegrationsas needed, and enterprise endpoint projects. * Maintaining documentation, standards, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
