There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year. ## Description We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive execution of our Ads monetization programs. This is a hands-on, product-development-oriented TPM role - not a purely operational one. You will be the execution leader who turns product intent into shipped, measurable outcomes across ad delivery, targeting and bidding, ranking, and whole-page monetization. You will partner daily with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Design, Finance, and partner teams to move fast with rigor, unblock dependencies, and connect technical work to revenue and user-experience impact. This role is a solid fit for someone who is deeply engaged with implementation details, thrives close to the engineering team, and wants to own delivery predictability and quality for a focused set of high-impact Ads programs.
