## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in any software development role.

 * Requires experience with: Software development;

 * Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience with SAAS and On-Premise applications, including Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS);

 * Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Essbase Marketplace;

 * Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM);

 * Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS);

 * Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM);

 * Essbase; Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE); and

 * Process Control Management (PCM).

## Description

Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks an Application Development Advisor for the St. Louis, MO location to contribute to day-to-day operations, end-user support, and project initiatives across the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform.

Responsibilities:

 * Partner with functional teams to solve complex business issues and design scalable system solutions.

 * Manage operations and end-user support of the Hyperion EPM 11x platform, including Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), planning, Essbase, Essbase Studio, Optical Data Interface (ODI), and creation of financial reports.

 * Modify/tune existing batch scripts, Visual Basic (VB) scripts, business rules, and Essbase Calc Scripts.

 * Analyze and adjust Hyperion system performance as required.

 * Participate in creation of standard operational policies and procedures and proactively monitor and streamline tasks.

 * Execute system testing, data validations, and stress testing of new enhancements/features and troubleshoot integration and data issues across various Hyperion applications and boundary systems.

 * Work interdependently with technical infrastructure teams, application teams, and business units to formulate business requirements and ensure service delivery meets business objectives.

 * Coordinate operational handover with global support teams.

 * Ensure smooth month-end close and forecast/outlook cycles through close partnership with finance and IT business partners.
