HOW A VDI ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT As a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise VDI environment supporting users across a global organization. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Citrix and VDI technologies, leading the troubleshooting and resolution of complex performance, availability, and infrastructure issues while driving continuous improvements to the virtual desktop platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams to design and integrate enterprise solutions that enhance reliability, performance, and user experience. You will also contribute to identity lifecycle management initiatives, infrastructure automation, and process optimization to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise VDI environments. You are a self-motivated engineer with exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.
