While it is not an immediate opening, we are actively conducting interviews and extending offers in anticipation of the award . ICF is seeking a ServiceNow Test Engineer to support enterprise ServiceNow delivery efforts with primary focus on a federal program . This role is responsible for helping ensure platform enhancements, workflow updates, and custom applications are thoroughly tested, defect-free, and ready for release in a secure federal environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing activities, including automated and manual test execution, defect tracking, and user acceptance support. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to validate requirements, verify functionality, and confirm that ServiceNow solutions perform as expected across workflows, integrations, and downstream dependencies. Remote work is authorized . Must support US Eastern time zone working hours .
