The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, engineers, architects, and internal leadership. This role is central to delivering resilient, highly integrated data center facilities and offers significant opportunity for long-term career growth within the firm., * Experience in data centers, mission critical facilities and large projects valued at $30MM plus; * Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adjust to fast deadlines; * Meticulous and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously; * Proficient in financial tracking and administrative processes; * Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, design teams, and consultants; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Revit; * Success at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants; * Confident with public speaking and networking; * Excellent technical writing skills; * Analytical thinker with strong critical thinking skills; * PMI PMP® Certification preferred; * Ability to obtain security clearance. Education and Experience * 15 years' experience managing complex projects; * 10 years' experience in project management; * A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university is required. Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
