## About the Role

+ Experience supporting Energy & Utilities applications

 + Advanced SQL/PLSQL skills

 + Production support, debugging, and log analysis experience

 + Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise data flows

 + Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools

 + Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

 + Utility industry experience highly preferred

Education:

 + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

 + Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting utility platforms such as ADMS, OMS, CIS, and Work Management systems, along with advanced SQL/PLSQL skills and expertise troubleshooting production issues in a 24x7 environment.
