This position requires deep expertise in Assembler programming, feature design, complex problem analysis, and issue resolution within a mainframe environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership capabilities, be able to mentor and guide team members, and effectively communicate with customers while managing complex technical situations., * Understand complex legacy assembler applications quickly.
