The Senior Agile Product Owner leads Agile activities, supports development teams, resolves obstacles, and ensures successful delivery of product enhancements. Candidates must have a strong product management background and experience leading Agile and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) initiatives from planning through delivery., * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. * 5+ years of experience in product ownership, clinical product management, business ownership, or a related field. * Strong product management experience with a proven ability to lead Agile and SDLC initiatives to successful delivery. * Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet. * Ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders without direct authority. * Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills. * Ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions. * Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. * Proven ability to build credibility and strong working relationships across business and technical teams. * Comfortable leading discussions with large stakeholder groups, including senior leaders. * Agile certifications are preferred but not required. * Healthcare utilization management (UM) experience is preferred but not required. * Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and effectively communicate them to others. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. ## Description The Senior Agile Product Owner supports eviCore's provider experience by serving as the voice of the customer and business partner for Agile development teams. This role owns and prioritizes the product backlog, helping teams focus on delivering the most valuable features and improvements.
