Experience to include: * Experience with Adobe ColdFusion development, IBM Maximo application development, and Federal financial system integrations. * Experience with analysis and design. * Experience with financial processes analysis and modification. * Experience working as a member of a large Project team. * Experience with Enterprise Level Application Development spanning two or more business areas. * Full Software Development Lifecycle experience requirements through production deployment and sustainment. * Ability to pass a Background Investigation. * Must be able to obtain a Public Trust * Must be a US citizen Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field * IBM Maximo Certified Deployment Professional, Functional Analyst, or equivalent Maximo certification. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps for backlog management and release tracking * Experience with automated regression testing frameworks * Experience with facility management, asset management, or capital planning business process a plus * Familiarity with NIST 800-53 security controls as applied to application development. This candidate will analyze and support application incidents, integration, and migration decisions., * Leads application layer sustainment, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis at the source-code level across the full IBM Maximo and Adobe ColdFusion application stack. * Lead remediation of known integration defects between custom applications and Maximo from a defined problem statement * Assess how the capabilities map in current applications to Maximo application capabilities. Anticipate the need for integration and implementation exercises around data cleanup and workflow process design. * Develop and maintain API and integration functionality using a full development lifecycle to include requirements, isolated development, peer review, testing, validation, and release governance. * Conduct analysis and modification of the system to align the application functionality with project management processes and financial management requirements and streamline the overall business process. * Support the migration from Maximo 7.x to IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9, providing application layer expertise on which custom functionality migrates via lift and shift approach versus which requires redesign * Maintain and enhance ColdFusion application code during the transition period while supporting longer term migration of functionality to native Maximo * Ensure all components of the system are operating in the hosting environment. * Support data management activities ensuring data integrity is maintained during the upgrade/migration, including during any extraction, transformation, loading and testing of the data. * Participate in Architecture Review Committee and Change Advisory Board processes.
