These will help you stand out * AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification. Experience integrating contact center platforms with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk. Hands-on experience implementing conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex and Amazon Polly. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Familiarity with workforce management tools and their integration within cloud-based contact center environments. You will be a valued member of the Cloud Engineering team and work collaboratively with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and business units to design and implement innovative contact center capabilities. In this role, you will: * Design and deploy complex contact flows, custom routing profiles, and agent hierarchies within Amazon Connect to support scalable and resilient customer engagement architectures. * Build backend microservices and APIs using AWS Lambda (Node.js/Python), API Gateway, and DynamoDB to manage data and power seamless contact center operations. * Implement conversational AI solutions, including chatbots via Amazon Lex and text-to-speech capabilities with Amazon Polly, to drive intelligent and automated customer interactions. * Integrate the contact center platform with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk, as well as workforce management tools, to enable a unified customer service ecosystem. * Manage infrastructure deployment using Terraform or CloudFormation and maintain system observability and performance monitoring through Amazon CloudWatch.
