## Description

Under the direction of project leads, assists with the setup of a combination of various technologies to

contribute to the creation of a complete customer solution. Tests and monitors the solution to ensure

proper implementation and customer satisfaction, * Assists with the design, development, and testing of a variety of implementation assignments that constitute a portion of a larger project.

 * Assists with the development and testing of documentation which describe the specific solution and implementation requirements.
 * Participates and provides input in project reviews.
 * Under supervision, runs test designed by more experienced program/project leads.
 * Reviews test results and may perform root cause analysis to identify problems.
 * Provides recommendations and implements solutions for general issues. Ensures compliance with quality processes and standards.
 * Seeks out new tools to analyze and solve problems.
 * Receives detailed instructions on routine work, new projects or assignments
 * Builds productive working relationships internally and externally
 * May serve as a contact for internal or external customers on routine matters.
