Role Description: The Integrated Platforms (IP) team is hiring Systems Engineers to support programs for our US military and various international customers, keeping the world safe from foreign threats. IP supports multiple Collins contracts and is seeking to fill roles across several open contracts - our goal is to align each new hire with a position that best suits their skills and allows for career growth. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of an Integrated Program Team (IPT) developing architecture, refining requirements, guiding system development and integration, supporting test development, and working closely with our customers and suppliers to ensure we deliver world class solutions. This position requires: US Government Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance Day 1. Onsite: This is an onsite role supporting our Sterling, VA location. Sign-on Bonus Eligible What YOU will do: Lead the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation while collaborating with the customer Define lab activities including setup, configuration management, and testing Define Modeling, Hardware, and Software Interfaces Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals Manage the preparation and/or execution of Design Reviews as well as Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing Work with little oversight to solve difficult and complex problems Analyze system behaviors, supporting system trade studies, requirements analysis, allocation to subsystems, Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
