ServiceNow development experience is a plus. ## Description Our client seeks a leader to run and improve an enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection program. The role will consolidate detection signals from ServiceNow, Tripwire, and mainframe sources into a single ServiceNow workflow, automate reconciliation to approved changes, and drive investigation and remediation. The position will partner across Change Enablement, Security, Infrastructure, Applications, and Mainframe teams, align with ITIL 4 practices and financial-sector expectations, and prepare evidence for audit and regulatory exams.
