* 2+ years of administrative experience with significant customer contact
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 * Ability to build cross-department relationships
 * Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues in person and remotely
 * Working knowledge of database entry and reporting
 * Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience preferred
 * Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn new technologies

## Description

Robert Half is seeking an Operational Support Administrator to support in-person and remote talent solutions professionals who place candidates in temporary and permanent roles. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, candidate processes, reporting, and compliance activities., * Support revenue-generating activities

 * Assist with lead generation, job postings, and reporting
 * Help with marketing efforts, including calls and emails
 * Assist with candidate sourcing and resume review as needed
 * Prepare and track pre-placement and onboarding documents
 * Enter candidate information into internal systems
 * Manage timesheet entry and payroll/billing adjustments
 * Assist with unemployment claims
 * Ensure compliance throughout the hiring process

Work Location

This role supports office(s) in Youngstown, OH and/or Wexford, PA and follows a hybrid schedule based on business needs.
