## About the Role

* High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience with installation, troubleshooting and/or testing of electronic security systems or
 * Associates with 8+ years of experience or
 * Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience or
 * Master's Degree with 3+ years experience
 * System administrator experience in performing triage on system problems, resolving the system problems, analyzing system data to prevent problems, and implementing new workstations and system extensions
 * Vendor certifications for electronic systems preferred
 * Reliable attendance at customer site during work hours required by customer
 * Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional nights and weekends
 * Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS

## Description

* Managing, leading and building technical teams and programs
 * Directly working, programming and configuring security systems
 * Developing security systems governance model - standards, playbooks and workflows
 * Developing and expanding service lines
 * Identifying new business opportunities that expand the scope
 * Delivering and reporting on KPI, SLA and SLO performances
 * Experience in programming and configuring fully federated security system deployments
 * Interface regularly with customers, partner teams, key stakeholders and technical experts.
 * Prepare and present quarterly business reports.
 * Report weekly, monthly and quarterly project statuses and operational performance to key stakeholders.
 * Suggest and plan program changes, enhancements, and overall improvements that align with the organizational strategy.
 * Manage team member performance, needs, training and development.
 * Manage all talent acquisitions and offboarding activities.
 * Build and manage strategic goals and operational costs budgets.
 * Coach, mentor, train and develop team members to reach their maximum potential., * Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
 * Sitting for extended periods of time.
 * Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
 * Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
