Experience with real-time operating systems such as VxWorks or Linux-and their associated development environments and tools-is essential., The ideal candidate should have academic and professional experience in software engineering across the full life-cycle of automated test sets and test systems for space programs. Proven ability to operate in a process-oriented environment employing waterfall, spiral, or agile methodologies is needed to succeed in this role. Moreover, the selected candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated comfort working on large, multidisciplinary teams in a laboratory setting.
