* Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) field and 2 years of related technical experience; Master's degree and 0 years of related technical experience
 * Active DoD Secret Clearance
 * Demonstrated experience with requirements analysis, development and management
 * Proficiency with at least one of:
 + Requirements management tool Rational DOORS
 + Cameo architecture development tool
 * Ability collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and other stakeholders

 * Proficiency with both DOORS and Cameo
 * Demonstrated MBSE Experience
 * Ability to develop and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for systems and processes
 * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
 * Understanding of software development methodologies
