This position supports the MDA by ensuring the reliable operation, security, and modernization of mission-critical voice and data infrastructure at Redstone Arsenal. * Perform daily system administration activities, including maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for network infrastructure. * Oversee and manage voice and data infrastructure upgrades to improve system performance, capacity, and reliability. * Install, configure, maintain, and support virtual and physical servers, network devices, and associated hardware and software. * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, procedures, and security requirements for mission-critical systems. * Configure and maintain the Common Access Card (CAC) infrastructure using Axway Validation Authority for secure user authentication. * Manage RSA Token authentication for classified network access. * Perform system patching using Ivanti and ensure compliance with security updates and vulnerability remediation requirements. * Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate monitoring of critical services and improve system availability. * Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reliability. * Develop and maintain system documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures. * Provide technical support to end users and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues. * Support technology refresh initiatives, system modernization efforts, and future infrastructure upgrades. ## Related Videos - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
