## Description

* Facilitate quarterly planning, sprint planning, and release planning across assigned teams.
 * Align team capacity, roadmaps, and priorities to support predictable delivery outcomes.
 * Track progress against commitments and surface risks, blockers, and dependencies early.
 * Support cross-team coordination through planning forums, Scrum of Scrums, and dependency reviews.
 * Promote clear delivery reporting, metrics, forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
 * Help coordinate releases and key milestones across teams, applications, and business initiatives.
 * Improve standard delivery practices, governance routines, and working agreements.
 * Encourage effective use of delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Dragonboat.
 * Support compliance with SDLC, risk, audit, and governance requirements.
 * Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for greater flow, quality, and team effectiveness.
