You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a smooth, timely, and professional hiring experience for candidates while helping to improve processes within the Applicant Tracking System and HR systems. Responsibilities * Review incoming applications and screen candidates for basic qualifications. * Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, including professionally declining applicants when necessary. * Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate logistics with hiring managers and interview teams. * Watch and assess pre-recorded video interviews to support initial candidate screening and shortlisting. * Assist with posting new job requisitions and updating existing job descriptions to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Work within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to move candidates through the hiring stages and ensure timely follow-up. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and status updates in ATS and HRIS platforms. * Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support timely and effective hiring decisions. * Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition and human resources team as needed. * Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, organized processes, and prompt responses., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
