This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, contributing to the overall performance and success of the team. Role Dimensions: Technical Support and Issue Resolution * The Specialist will provide technical support to team members, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, and ensure minimal downtime during critical operations. This includes working on support tickets and walk-up user issues. System Maintenance and Upgrades * Regularly maintain and upgrade IT systems to ensure optimal performance. This includes software updates, hardware replacements, and A/V improvements to support the team's needs. Project Delivery * Collaborate with other IT Operation Engineers to deliver technical projects and improvements. The Specialist will take ownership assisting in technical workstreams, using their technical experience to advise and guide and ensure projects are completed on time. Collaboration and Communication * Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and operations, to understand their IT needs and provide solutions. Effective communication and collaboration are essential to ensure the team's success. Innovation and Improvement * Continuously seek out new technologies and methods to improve IT operations. The Specialist will strive to enhance the team's performance through innovative solutions and proactive problem-solving.
