SALARY RANGE: $70,000.00 - $79,000.00

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

 * Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation

## Description

This Systems Administrator position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the reliability, performance, and availability of enterprise network, server, and virtualization environments in a secure federal setting. The role supports Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vSphere/Horizon, and network monitoring tools while troubleshooting system issues, responding to alerts, and delivering exceptional customer support. Candidates should have extensive experience with Windows and VMware technologies, a Top Secret clearance, and a strong ability to implement and support IT infrastructure solutions both on-premises and in cloud environments.

 * Administer Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and associated systems
 * Configure and maintain network monitoring systems
 * Perform system patching, updates, and maintenance
 * Manage user accounts and access controls
 * Implement backup and recovery procedures
 * Support virtual desktop infrastructure
 * Troubleshoot complex system issues
 * Monitor system performance and security
 * Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
 * Provide technical consultation and training
 * Manage asset inventory and licensing
 * Generate required systems reports and metrics
