 * Proficiency in AI across: agentic workflows, agent delegation, analysis, and conversational prompting

## Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer (Advanced) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-scale software engineering, Agile delivery, and modern DevOps practices and a proven ability to design, build, and deliver resilient, secure, and scalable applications across heterogeneous environments., * Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one technology and design technique, contributing across large-scale programs.

 * Engineer solutions across multiple operating systems and infrastructure environments for firm-wide initiatives.
 * Lead and coach teams in Agile frameworks and foster high-quality engineering practices.
 * Implement and advocate for Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, cloud-native patterns, resiliency, and security by design.
 * Provide technical coaching in at least one core skill and elevate engineering standards across teams.
 * Assess emerging technologies and trends, and influence their application to meet business objectives.
 * Represent the firm through knowledge sharing such as talks or publications, as appropriate.
