Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Site Behavior Support Technician - Little Rock - **Company:** PEDIATRICS PLUS - **Location:** Little Rock, AR, United States - **Salary:** $31,200.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Collaborative Learning, Microsoft Office - **Published:** July 9, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=a219a24566052064 ## About the Role * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people, including RBTs, BCBAs, clinic leaders, and families. * Demonstrated competency in ABA intervention techniques and behavior management strategies. * Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in urgent or crisis behavioral situations. * Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families, including those at risk. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy, dynamic clinic environment. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as behavior intervention plans, safety protocols, and company policies. * Proficiency or willingness to learn telehealth platforms and clinic software (deTASO, Microsoft Office 365). * Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance. * Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. * Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding dress code., * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Current, active RBT certification, required. * Certification must be maintained with no lapses in credentials. * Minimum of 6 months of experience as an RBT, required; 12 or more months, preferred. * Pass a criminal background check and drug screen. ## Description The Site Behavior Support Technician is an RBT-certified paraprofessional that provides enhanced on-site behavioral expertise and operational support for Pediatrics Plus ABA programs utilizing a telehealth BCBA service delivery model. The Site Behavior Support Technician bridges the gap between RBT-level service delivery and BCBA clinical oversight by serving as the primary on-site behavioral resource, acting as a liaison between telehealth BCBAs and on-site RBT teams, and providing immediate responsiveness to clinical situations that arise during service delivery. All clinical decision-making authority remains with the supervising BCBA; the Site Behavior Support Technician does not replace BCBA clinical responsibility or supervision requirements. Direct ABA Service Delivery * Implement behavior intervention plans under the close, ongoing supervision of the BCBA. * Collect and record behavioral data accurately and in a timely manner. * Follow treatment protocols and procedures as directed by the supervising BCBA. * Maintain all standard RBT responsibilities and ethical obligations in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code. * Store all session notes, data, graphs, and documentation in the designated software system (deTASO) in compliance with HIPAA. Enhanced On-Site Clinical Support * Serve as the primary on-site behavioral resource and first point of contact for urgent clinical matters when the BCBA is not immediately available. * Respond to immediate behavioral situations or crises requiring real-time, in-person intervention. * Provide real-time consultation to RBTs during challenging client behaviors. * Model appropriate intervention techniques and behavior management strategies. * Conduct safety assessments and implements emergency protocols as needed. RBT Team Support and Mentorship * Provide on-the-job coaching, modeling, and immediate feedback to RBTs to support implementation fidelity. * Assist with RBT onboarding and training as directed. * Answer procedural and protocol questions and facilitates peer learning and skill development among RBTs. + Note: The Site Behavior Support Technician does not conduct formal RBT supervision for certification purposes. All RBT certification supervision must be provided by a qualified BCBA. Telehealth BCBA Service Facilitation * Set up technology and ensures connectivity for telehealth sessions. * Coordinate schedules and logistics for remote supervision sessions. * Serve as on-site facilitator during telehealth observations and meetings. * Troubleshoot technical issues during remote sessions and provides environmental support to enable effective telehealth delivery. Site Operations Support * Serve as the liaison between the telehealth BCBA and the on-site team, communicating urgent clinical updates as needed. * Coordinate material preparation and session setup. * Assist with data collection and documentation workflows. * Support continuity of care during BCBA transitions or absences. * Track time in deTASO as meeting logs, billed RBT sessions, or a combination of both. Scope Limitations - The Site Behavior Support Techinician May NOT: * Make independent clinical decisions or modify treatment plans without BCBA approval. * Conduct assessments or develop behavior intervention plans. * Provide formal RBT supervision for certification purposes. * Override BCBA directives or clinical decisions.
