What You'll Do As a Technical Product Support professional, you will help solve high-value customer problems by working closely with Applied's Field Service team, engineering partners, and customers to troubleshoot technical issues and support product performance. In this role, you'll serve as a critical link between onsite field execution and deeper technical problem-solving, helping drive timely resolution, strong customer support, and continuous learning across teams. This role includes travel up to 40% of the time, as you will at times work onsite at Applied customer locations in support of troubleshooting, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.
