Licensure/Certification * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana required. Other Qualifications * Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable interpreting healthcare data and presenting findings to a variety of audiences. * Basic statistical knowledge preferred. * Demonstrates flexibility, teamwork, stewardship, and a commitment to continuous learning. ## Description The Pediatric Data Specialist supports pediatric inpatient, emergency, ambulatory, and hospital-owned department settings by collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting clinical, operational, quality, and safety data. This role transforms complex data into meaningful insights that support patient care, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational decision-making across the pediatric continuum of care.
