Develop integrations between Jama and other Kuiper tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, TestRail). * Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security controls compliant with ITAR and export control regulations. Manage access through least-privilege models. * Monitoring & Incident Response: Build dashboards, alarms, and runbooks. Participate in on-call rotation to ensure service reliability. * Tool Evaluation & Adoption: Evaluate, pilot, and onboard new productivity tools to support Kuiper's engineering workflows. Drive user training and adoption. A day in the life In this role, you will function as both an Jama/productivity tools DevOps Engineer. You will operate various collaboration tools stacks in AWS GovCloud, develop automation for upgrades/patching/testing, and enhance observability of the systems. You will work with stakeholders and senior engineers to design and develop custom solutions and integrations between the productivity tools and other services in a secure manner.
