The team is executing a multi-year Remote Service Transformation Program and is accelerating delivery of new program milestones over the next several years., This position is not a technical role; it is focused on Azure DevOps (AzDO) administration and Agile process facilitation. The Product Owner will work closely with NPI Team Leads to keep backlog items properly tagged and documented, build reporting tools that communicate program timelines, and support quarterly planning. The role interfaces regularly with the Director and may report out on program status to the VP., * Monitor the Feature Request Intake Form and Forum, tracking follow-up metrics to ensure incoming features flow through the process properly * Support overall AzDO work by helping NPI Leads ensure work items are properly tagged and filled out * Create AzDO scorecards that tell the program timeline story * Assist in the quarterly PI Planning process, presenting quarterly workload information and managing the overall backlog across work teams * Monitor and communicate with the NPI Leader, Product Manager, and Architect to manage the backlog on an ongoing basis Team Structure & Work Environment * Small, six-person team; reports to the NPI Manager while taking day-to-day direction from the NPI Team Leads * Works closely with four NPI Team Leads on a regular basis, along with Technical Product Managers and Portfolio Architects across three supporting sections of the division * Highly collaborative environment where regular communication is essential to keep information updated across the team * Team follows Agile practices in many respects but does not yet have a fully mature Agile process, so comfort working through evolving and incomplete processes is important ## Related Videos - [You’re a great coder?
