Deliver solutions that automate engineering workflows, reduce manual effort, improve engineering quality, and shorten development cycle time. Examples: Layout check automation, drawing quality checks, specification validation, cost analysis automation, PIC dashboards, resource planning tools, knowledge retrieval agents * Stakeholder Engagement & Deployment Collaborate across multiple departments with engineers, technical leaders, digital transformation teams, and end users to identify opportunities[NM1.1], gather requirements, perform user acceptance testing, deploy solutions, and ensure successful adoption. * Documentation & User Enablement Create technical documentation, support materials, training content, and user guides necessary for deployment, maintenance, and long-term sustainability [NM2.1]of digital solutions. * Project Management Lead or support digital tool projects by defining scope, maintaining schedules, coordinating activities, tracking progress, and communicating status to stakeholders. * Personal Development Proactively identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, evaluate emerging technologies[NM3.1] digital resources and technologies, and expand technical expertise through self-development, training, and industry best practices., * This is an onsite job.
