All offers to external candidates for employment are contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background verifications before employment is finalized. ## Description A professional IT Technician with experience in a large company enterprise support role, help desk / support call center experience, and / or onsite repair or other technical support position. PC Techs will install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Technician needs to display a working knowledge of existing POOLCORP support technologies. Looked-for skill set should include advanced troubleshooting strategies, desire to learn and implement innovative technologies, competent and efficient communication with users (ability to use simple explanations), and an aptitude for flexibility and multi-tasking in a challenging environment.
