Working with significant autonomy, this role drives technical execution across disciplines, mentors junior and mid-level engineers, and serves as a key technical authority within the team. Lead Software Engineer translates business requirements into scalable, high-quality software and provides hands-on technical leadership to ensure alignment with engineering best practices and organizational goals.
