In this role, you will lead technical development and design across Workday HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain, leveraging your 10+ years of ERP implementation experience to optimize and expand our Workday platform. Be a strategic technical thought leader driving ERP innovation and aligning digital strategy with business outcomes across the Workday ERP application suite. This role will focus on maximizing efficiencies and scalability by leveraging advanced Workday capabilities such as Extend, AI/ML, APIs, and integrations. You'll optimize the value of Workday investments by architecting new technical solutions that empower staff, streamline operations, and enable future-ready healthcare delivery.
