It'd be great if you also had: * PhD in Computer Science or a related quantitative field. * Prior experience in a "zero-to-one" environment or building out a new geographic engineering site. * Experience building LLM-orchestrated data pipelines or autonomous agent frameworks. * Background in geospatial data or physical system modeling. * A passion for using data to create a future with reliable, affordable and clean energy for everyone. ## Description We are looking for a technical heavyweight to serve as a founding pillar of Tapestry's new NYC Engineering Hub. As the Engineering Manager for the Data Platform team, you will lead the evolution of our Agentic Data Platform-the engine that transforms raw grid data, drone imagery, and street-level perception into a high fidelity digital replica of the world's electricity networks. You will lead teams through ambiguous charters, ensuring our data infrastructure isn't just a repository, but an active, intelligent participant in solving grid complexity. How you will make 10X Impact * Architect Autonomous Systems: Lead the design of an "agentic" platform that automates LLM based data discovery, metadata enrichment, and governance, spanning the breadth of Tapestry's multimodal data stack. * Take models from prototype to production: Partner with the Machine Learning team to bridge the gap between core algorithms and scalable systems, ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge models into the agentic platform to maximize 10x output. * Code-Level Leadership: Remain "dangerously" technical.
