Assist staff with workstation setups, cabling, and equipment relocations., * Associate (Required) ## Description Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Senior IT Support Specialist role provides front-line IT support with a strong emphasis on end-user experience and operational consistency. This role serves as a key point of contact for staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations. This role provides technical assistance to all staff nationwide with on-site presence in Orlando, Florida (Altamonte Springs). Responsibilities also include managing our IT assets, provisioning equipment for new hires, and delivering staff training sessions that add measurable value. The Senior IT Support Specialist is expected to be highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing company, focusing on helpdesk services, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.
