## About the Role

* 2+ years as a full-time, full-stack TypeScript engineer (back-end leaning).
 * Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
 * Healthcare or fintech experience preferred.
 * Power-user of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) - you build fast and smart.
 * Ideally 1+ year at a venture-backed startup (pre-Series B).
 * A knack for turning unstructured, complex datasets into business insights.
 * Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, LLMs, and cloud-based data pipelines.
 * Able to work hybrid - 4 days/week in NYC (Union Square).
 * Authorized to work in the U.S.

## Description

* Live across the full stack. Backend, frontend, infrastructure, architecture, analytics, integrations - you'll touch it all.
 * Turn messy data into magic. Design data structures and parse complex healthcare datasets to surface insights that genuinely move the needle.
 * Raise the bar. Drive code reviews, architecture debates, and the technical decisions that keep the codebase clean, stable, and built to last.
 * Own problems end-to-end. Talk to customers, shape the product roadmap, iterate on UX - this is your playground.
 * Build shoulder-to-shoulder. Hybrid setup in NYC, collaborating in person with a tight, talented team.
