Design data structures and parse complex healthcare datasets to surface insights that genuinely move the needle. * Raise the bar. Drive code reviews, architecture debates, and the technical decisions that keep the codebase clean, stable, and built to last. * Own problems end-to-end. Talk to customers, shape the product roadmap, iterate on UX - this is your playground. * Build shoulder-to-shoulder.
