Hybrid Connectivity & Networking: * Design and support hybrid connectivity between on-prem environments and Azure. * Ensure enterprise network aligns with cloud-first strategy. * Maintain core networking capabilities as needed. * Oversee firewall policies and connectivity standards. * Own LAN/WAN design: VLANs, routing, QoS, segmentation, redundancy, and secure remote access. * Lead lifecycle planning (standardization, refresh, firmware/patch cadence) and maintain accurate network documentation (topology, configs, runbooks). * Monitor network performance and reliability; troubleshoot complex issues across LAN/WAN/WLAN, ISP, and inter-site connectivity.
