## Description

We are seeking a Data & Performance Engineer to lead data management, operational reporting, and process enhancement initiatives. In this role, you will own business reporting tools, design interactive Power BI dashboards, and partner across teams to drive performance visibility. Joining a high-tech facility, you will turn complex datasets into actionable insights using data engineering and Lean methodologies., * Own, manage, and maintain data reporting processes, tools, and Power BI dashboards to track business performance.

 * Analyze complex datasets to report on performance trends, key metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
 * Partner directly with IT and cross-functional teams to design, enhance, and automate reporting solutions across platforms.
 * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all active reporting frameworks.
 * Design and implement Lean workflows to optimize operational reporting and eliminate process bottlenecks.
 * Document reporting logic, dashboard structures, and data definitions for sustainable ongoing support.
