The POD brings together Software, Data, AI/ML, Automation, UX, and Cementing domain expertise around shared product outcomes. This hands-on role owns how solutions are designed and delivered within the POD. Working with the Product Champion, Stream Lead, engineers, designers, and domain experts, the Technical Lead establishes technical direction, coordinates multidisciplinary delivery, mentors engineers, and remains directly involved in developing scalable applications, services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data products., This is a senior technical individual-contributor role that leads through expertise, influence, coordination, and coaching rather than formal people-management authority.
