## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science in Engineering, * Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive electronics warranty analysis or related field with knowledge of North American, European, or Asian OEM warranty processes, systems, and tools.
 * Demonstrated experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies to complex automotive electronic systems.
 * Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, CAN tools, or data acquisition systems.
 * Experience working in a cross-functional environment with hardware, software, and product engineering teams.
 * Experience documenting findings and tracking investigations within issue management systems.
 * Strong track record of identifying and reducing NTF conditions through systematic investigation and continuous improvement efforts., * Red X Problem Solving certification
 * Cross functional experience in manufacturing or R&D (Product Engineering areas), including systems testing
 * Knowledge of CQI 14

## Description

* Perform root cause analysis by testing at bench level, understanding and verifying the reported customer behavior, and identifying potential causes from our product to trigger it.
 * Follow up on analysis steps from Hardware and Software analysis and report findings once a root cause is identified.
 * Report analysis steps on warranty management tool.
 * Collaborate with Product Warranty Engineers to ensure structured problem solving is followed in root cause investigation.
