Associates have the option to request an accommodation for medical, religious, or other personal needs. ## Description The Data and Reporting Professional II generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. The Data and Reporting Professional II work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Responsibilities Interested in pulling your own data and analyzing for trends, outliers, and opportunities? Interested in supporting a well-established and successful quality organization? We may have the perfect role for you! This role requires that you integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Use data to ask and answer questions related to efficiencies and process improvements. This role may also create and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. Success will require excellent ability to seek out the correct data, review and analyze while creating the visual story and feedback loop to leaders. May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
