Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Experience developing reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).

 * Advanced proficiency in Excel, including integration with external data sources.
 * Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
 * Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
 * Experience supporting finance or performance management functions.
 * Exposure to ERP or finance systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
 * Prior experience in a business partnering or internal consulting capacity.
 * Familiarity with data governance and reporting standards in regulated

environments.

## Description

* Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using BI and

analytical tools.

 * Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into

scalable analytics solutions.

 * Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data through validation,

reconciliation, and quality control checks.

 * Own and manage BI report suites, ensuring alignment between source systems and

published outputs.

 * Deliver ad-hoc data analysis and reporting within agreed service levels.
 * Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data models, and user

experience.

 * Support data governance practices and help resolve data quality issues at root cause

level.

 * Proactively manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations during

periods of competing demand.

 * Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that enable users to

self-serve insights.

 * Validate financial and operational data against source systems and across reports.

Analyze trends, risks, and performance drivers and communicate insights clearly to
non-technical audiences.

 * Convert business questions into technical or analytical requirements.
 * Collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and technology teams.
 * Maintain documentation and support compliance with internal controls and
