Sponsorship is not available. ## Description Aretum is seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer. As a Backend Developer you will be responsible for providing expert technical support, maintenance, and enhancement of a client application within an Agile, sprint-based development environment. The ideal candidate leverages strong backend development expertise in Python, AWS, RESTful APIs, databases, and scalable data solutions to ensure application performance, availability, and integration with TypeScript-based front-end components., * Provide expert technical support to maintain the client application * Provide support for development, enhancements, accessibility, integration, optimization, and maintenance * Ensure availability and correct operations * Work within a sprint-based development cycle * Utilize knowledge of the AWS cloud environment, Python backend and TypeScript front-end, This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions. Travel is expected to be less than 10% and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
