## About the Role

* 2 to 10 Years of experience as PLM Functional Consultant/PLM Business Analyst (Required junior, intermediate and senior folks)
 * Requirements capture, documentation, test support.
 * Owns functional areas; runs workshops; drives scope mapping.
 * Leads functional domains, workshops and AI use cases; deeper Teamcenter expertise.
 * PLM functional / business-analysis experience appropriate to the band (see matrix).
 * Ability to capture requirements and map functional scope in an engineering context.
 * Understanding of core PLM processes - BOM, change control, configuration, process planning.
 * Comfort collaborating across onshore-offshore teams; strong stakeholder-facing skills.

## Description

* Capture and structure functional requirements from engineering and manufacturing stakeholders.
 * Map legacy PDM / process-planning functional scope (levels 0-2) onto Teamcenter capabilities.
 * Identify and document augmented-engineering / AI use cases (AI-assisted requirements, change impact, work instruction generation).
 * Document as-is / to-be processes - change control, configuration, BOM and work-instruction flows.
 * Support configuration, test and validation of the Teamcenter solution against requirements.
 * Collaborate across the onshore-offshore team (onshore core + offshore center), mirroring the client; senior band runs user workshops and leads scope mapping.
