The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. ## Description * Systems Engineering Associate Manager in the Maritime & Missile Defense Radar (MMDR) department managing an RMS Engineering and Technology (E&T) organization supporting the programs within the SEMS line of business, reporting directly to the MMDR Senior Manager. * This First Line Manager will lead the SPY-7 Radar Integration & Test unit, a team that provides radar system integration & test support for Lockheed Martin's SPY-7 configuration of the Scalable, Supportable, Software-Defined, S-Band Radar (S4R) product line in Moorestown, NJ. * This Manager will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate engineering processes, technical personnel, and design tools are applied and managed. * Staffing responsibilities include the projection and planning of appropriate staffing levels, recruiting and selection of interns, contractors, college hires and experienced professionals. * This role oversees a highly skilled set of engineers in E&T, including an engineering team of leads and individual contributors working on formal qualification testing of radar system and subsystem requirements, regression testing, on-site (customer site) support for integration activities prior to system selloff, and more. * The position will be responsible for program execution, driving technical and organizational strategy, instilling and maintaining engineering discipline, and enhancing employee experiences while focusing on functional management excellence.
